Imagine....
....that we spent some time focusing on what people see and do as they enter Chapel Hill from the principal four points on the compass. These principal access points could be so much more than roads. They could be places of activity and living, of commerce and conversation. We have a chance to practice on the stretch from the Chatham County Line to Franklin Street. How could we make that stretch more productive, more engaging, more useful to all, more efficient, less polluting, less congested, less vehicles and more people?
