There was a full page ad on 4 Sep in the Daily Tar Heel from Carol FOLT, the UNC Chapel Hill Chancellor. It was about the sexual assault policy and the group that advised her on it. Why were there no lawyers with experience in prosecuting and defending sexual assault cases in the group? Why no police or other law enforcement? Why no liaison to the Town of Chapel Hill?
