Why can't we get focused on doing the same thing for UNC and RTP - i.e., building around centers to which people first can walk and second can walk to buses that will take them where they want to go? We seem to be so timid about this. If the whole place was zoned right and the transportation committed, government could just get out of the way and let the building begin.
