1.1 Rainwater harvesting from rooftop catchments
Why not do this for all of Chapel Hill? A pipe taking water from our roofs back to holding tanks? We have water pipes and sewage pipes; why not rainwater pipes leaving our homes and offices in the same way as sewage but different pipes?
