What a waste of people's time to try to get Chapel Hill selected for this "prize". The way the contest is constructed - inviting people mindlessly to return once a day and vote again - is nothing short of stupid. If anyone is doing that, I think they must have a lot of spare time on their hands....time that could be contributed to a lot of local needs.
