It seems to me we should be looking hard at the economic and, especially, the development power being exercised by just one person/firm in Chapelboroham, and more specifically, in Chapel Hill. How much power does he/it have, how it is being used, how might it be used - all with what effect on the rest of us and those who have some sort of business relationship with him or his firm?
