I was really struck by how helpful everyone in the store was; a big improvement over past shopping trips there. Everyone had an answer and stuck with me until they were sure I had gotten what I wanted from fitting for our irrigation system through cleaner for bathroom sink top to advice on laying a floor in our crawlspace. The experience left such a positive impression that I will stop there ahead of Home Depot next time I need a hardware item.
