I worry that a lot of the effort to attract new businesses to Chapelboroham suffers from two big problems. One is that the pieces of Chapelboroham compete with one another which makes them look silly and renders the whole thing ineffective. The other is that the search for businesses seems focused on wants and not needs. Which businesses do we really want here because they add value to our lives beyond making tax payments. Let's do that list first and then proceed. Has someone done this?
