We got a call yesterday afternoon saying that we should call 911 if we saw someone named Jeffery Lamar Dall (sp), 20 years old, possibly wearing white t-shirt and blue jeans, who was last seen running near 5008 Cascade Drive. I never heard anything more and a Google search returns nothing. It seems to me that there should be a place where we can go to get the "rest of the story" on these calls.

New construction
Shouldn't any new construction - or anything else that results in the cutting of trees - result in an obligation to plant at least an equal number of new trees elsewhere in Chapelboroham?
